1 beetroot
1 to 2 baby lettuce
1 tablespoon of honey
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons of heavy dream
Salt to taste


1 1/2 pounds of baby potatoes
1/8 cup good olive oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoons minced garlic (3 cloves)
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leave


2 fennel bulbs
(thick base of stalk),
stalks cut off,
bulbs halved lengthwise,
then cut lengthwise in
1-inch thick pieces
