Cappelli Wheat– Spaghetti



This ancient seed dating back to the beginning of the 10th century has been revived by the producer and is a particular variety of durum wheat, which creates a pasta with an intense and slightly sweet taste. Lower temperatures are used during the drying process, and grains are ground using a stone mill to better preserve the original state of its many minerals and vitamins.

The producer uses artisanal bronze drawing to form the pasta, creating a slightly rougher surface texture to better hold onto the sauce.
